Eagle Rock Loop
Going to claim 28 miles on this one cause of a short detour. But the GPS claimed 29. So I will take the split. Suppose to be like 27.1

Devil's Den State Park
Butterfield Trail/Lee Creek Trail
2.0 Miles

I forgot to add that I did this with a full pack too.

It was such a wonderful day out today, that after church we decided to load up and have a picnic at Devil's Den. After dinner we took a hike along Lee Creek, and once we reached the swinging bridge we kept on going down the Lee Creek trail until we had gone a mile. We then turned around and hiked all the way back to the van. It was a nice hike and all 6 of went along, great family outing

Sugar Creek Hiking Trail
3.6 miles (7.2 total) - GPS

It was really warm Tuesday. We saw three snakes and were found by loads of ticks. LOL. SCHT is a beautiful trail but it is a shame to see the lack of maintenance.
We're headed over to the Brushy Creek trail complex with the kids Sunday for a celebratory hike and hot dog roast commemorating my milestone of losing 25lbs on my diet! Very Happy

Tuesday, March 24

Petit Jean State Park

Seven Hollows Trail - 6.5 miles (GPS tracked)

Big milestone for our family. My eight year old accompanied me and this was the longest distance he had ever hiked. He did great and we can't wait until we can go back and explore the other trails in the park. I'm going to try to load my track at everytrail later.

Farmington City Park Trail
3 miles (6 times around)

It turns out that my knee isn't doing as well as I hoped Sad . I could only run 1.5 miles before my knee started to hurt too much. I then walked a half a mile, and started up again running. I could only run another .5 mile before I had to stop and walk the last .5 mile.

Some of you may think that running 2 miles is great, but I could have ran longer if my knee would have held out. I finally had to go dig my brace out of the closet, and I am having my knee worked on by my Chiropractor this afternoon Smile
