Although I have never been there, my first guess would be somewhere along the ERL. My second guess would be somewhere around the BRT (Boxley to Pruitt area??).

I might be wrong but doesn't look like the country around the ERL. The mountains are more flat toped, best guess is around the Buffalo area...

Well thats kind of like saying its some where from Ponca to Buffalo Point.. uh how about narrowing it down.. Your in the general area but NO its not overlooking the Buffalo River.

My guess it is between Tennessee and Oklahoma......no chance of guessing any closer then that for me.

Yeah Tenn.. Its in the Buffalo River Valley but so far everyone is pretty far off of where exactly it is.

My guess now would be around Jasper by that tower thing you took me to, but the hills look to close for that. Landscapes sure make this game harder

It looks like the photo was taken from Round Top Mountain just south of Jasper.
