I'll go with Devil's Den spillway on this one but I'm not entirely sure. If I'm wrong I'll just blame Cliff.

More people have died here than at any other natural-feature location in Arkansas. One slip trying to get near the top of the falls and they are gone. The only guy who actually survived the fall returned the next near and fell to his death. There are three different layers of fences and warnings - the last sign simply says GOODBYE!...

If you get to take a photo of that sign no one would ever see it - the memory card would probably not survive the fall either...
