I am back from Colorado. I definately stayed on my diet and got plenty of exercise. It will take me a day or two to get pics and a trip report put together.

Hey challengers!

Looks like a lot of you guys had a good fitness week! Way to go!

It will probably be Monday before I'll be home to update the scores and stuff (and get your weight change updated willky) so I'll just post for everything for last week and this week at that time.

Way to hang in there everybody. I'm still working on the t-shirt situation, but I'm sure we'll have it all worked out and ready to go for the winner(s)!

Late check in here, very late. We have moved to the camp host site at our campground and we now don't have internet service untill I can get some one out to re-site our dish. Any way had a good week and am now down to 246.

Scores have been posted. Everything should be current up to this point. Verify that your score and percentage are correct. If there are problems, please PM me.

Also, (just so nobody thinks I'm cheating) my score went up because I was in the woods during both of the last two weeks. Both were overnighters in the Missouri Ozarks, but hey, that qualifies!

Keep it going fellas!

Well I still don't have internet at the campground. Anyway had a good week even with the rain. I have lost one more pound. From 246 to 245. Had a nice long walk on Sat. and this should be a good week. At least till the next hurricane hits.

Went Good. Sorry for the late check in, but internet has been acting weird for about the last month. It is just easier for me to do it at work. But diet and working out is good. I'm starting to train for a marathon, so I think I'm going to shift from weights to running.
