I was traveling to New Orleans last week so the diet was shot. (I am a big fan of cajun food) I walked in the evenings but the net effect was not good.

Funny that you were in New Orleans last week. For most of the week I was in Ft. Smith. And yes the diet was shot!

Doing great. Ran a lot this week, and the weights are getting boring. The diet now tastes like hay, cardboard, and water (I look forward to the water Very Happy). Think its time to switch it up a little bit.

I totally wimped out this week. I failed.

NOTE: I'm posting the scores for the week before last and this passed week at the same time. Everyone gets a point for the week before last since it was so gosh-dang hot, but only Wilky, Seeking, and Ouachita get points for last week. Good job guys! Keep it up!

Current weight: 249 started at 255.
Am up to 3.5 miles walking per day. Had a great week as far as walking goes.
School starts Monday and the diet will really kick in.

Got back real late from hiking last night. Guess I missed out on check in. Oh well. I still stayed on schedule. Even ate healthy on the trail this weekend. Sorry I missed...oh well.

Wilky,
You were off the hook for this week anyway because you were backpacking. Remember? Anyone who goes backpacking automatically gets their point for the week.

But you do need to post your weight change up to now though.

Well as far as the diet goes I didn't do as good this week. I do great till night gets here. Exercise went as well as could be expected with the rain we got this week. I did walk three miles this morning so I will say that I am not deserving of points this week...

Got three good days of workouts this week. Diet held up as well as could be expected while on vacation.
