Congrats to you... an welcome to the forum. Hope to hear more from you. I am not a paddler but that sounds like a nice one. I know that there are several paddlers here.

Then ya put on skid plates and keep going. I am one of those paddlers. Just did an overnighter from Woollum to Tyler Bend. Cool temps, almost full moon... ahhh. At least the first part we saw no other floaters. Love the solitude the Buffy can give like that. As we passed Baker tho, gobs of boats. Looking to do another part next weekend.

Welcome over here, RC. These guys know lots and I have learned much asking questions and reading back thru the posts. Kinda slow the last few weeks but when it is cooler, they get chatty.

My oldest took a big interest in hiking this year, but as the warm came, we went back to the boats. I have a BIG raft, canoe (retired rental boat that has taken a licking, but still kicking) and we have ww kayaks. I am sure when the bugs and leaves are gone, we will hit the trail again.

Be careful on the Buffy or a helicopter might land on top of you.
