I was putting my boots on the other side of Blaylock Creek and here they come. They said they had lunch at the same spot we did (Saline Creek?).

Preacher - thanks for letting me set the pace up those climbs and staying back with me. Having you on my heels kept me going... What a Face We had a great camp w/ coffee, cigars, and discussing the finer points of backpacking (UL vs ?}.

Wish I could have made the hills with you guys.. but it just wasn't to be. My knee wasnt that bad but didn't want to push it and worked out great. We meet some more great people down by the Winding Stairs and had a great time. I think that Pete has seen the light.. the heavens opened and the light shone down to his pack hahahah.

I saw the light. Believe me, my knees, shoulders haven't stopped reminding me about it either.

If it's a grey folding Gerber,it's mine. I haven't seen it today but I figured it was in my pack somewhere. Must have come out on one of those bone jarring potholes.

WOW, I can't beleive you backcountry fellows can't keep up with your most important survival tool, your knife. Survivorman would be disapointed. LOL I am just kidding, don't let me get under your skin. I am glad that you guys had a good trip.

It's a Kershaw. I also found a key with a black top that says "Curtis" on it, a quarter empty sprite can, a tube of lip balm, a lighter, and a ballpoint pen.

You guys were only in my car for 10 or 15 minutes. How much more crap am I going to find when I actually pull out the floormats and clean it?

Ok... I checked everything but the can is mine.. The only things I need is the key and the knife. Throw the rest lol. That should be all I am missing.. have no idea about the can... we just came out of the woods so no one should have had a can lol. Just hang on to it till I get the hammock back to you then we can swap lol.
